Our Mission
2InspireU Ministries is a Los Angeles-based nonprofit public benefit corporation with a clear and compelling mission: to SHARE information and resources, INSPIRE individuals to pursue healing, growth and personal well-being, and to UPLIFT the community through giving and support.

Using a multi-pillar model, we have established several arms of outreach and support. They include our umbrella organization, 2InspireU Ministries; our spiritual fellowship and inspiration arm, The Gathering Place with Prophetess Lisa Mitchell; our education arm, 2InspireU Institute for Training and Development; and our philantrophic arm, the A Leg Up Program. These service arms offer community-based trainings, outreach, and supports that help individuals, families, and groups discover strength, healing, and purpose.

We serve some of the most vulnerable populations, providing spiritual guidance, educational tools, and practical support to improve lives and foster resilience.

Our Vision
The vision of 2InspireU Ministries is to support people in their pursuit of growth, healing and empowerment. Since our founding, we have seen countless lives impacted by our ministry gatherings, mentorship programs, and philanthropic acts of service. As a small, grassroots nonprofit, we take pride in cultivating personal connections within our community and addressing needs with compassion and effectiveness. We strengthen people in their journey to wholeness by providing tools through shared learning platforms, books, trainings, conferences, and virtual resource options.
About our Founder
Prophetess Dr. Lisa Y. Mitchell is an ordained servant with
nearly 30 years of experience in ministry. She is a certified life coach,
author, and clinician. In 2020 she founded 2InspireU Ministries –
a nonprofit organization whose mission to share wisdom and
resources; to inspire people to live their best lives; and, to uplift the
community.

One of the offerings of 2InspireU Ministries is a popular online prayer
fellowship called The Gathering Place with Prophetess Lisa Mitchell. Participants love her practical Bible teaching and her spiritual insight on life’s many issues and opportunities.
